Use this page to request deletion of your NovaConsulting account and the personal data associated with it. This applies to accounts used in the NovaConsulting (health-provider) and NovaConsulting Admin mobile apps.

What is deleted

Your account and login credentials.
Profile information (name, contact details, photo, availability).
Location history collected for shift coordination.
Push-notification tokens and in-app chat messages linked to your account.

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, timesheets, payslips, and invoices needed for tax, payroll, and compliance obligations). These are retained only for as long as legally required and are then deleted.

Requests are processed within 30 days. To protect users, we verify identity before deleting an account, so we do not delete accounts instantly from this public form.
